Author Biography

Ahlam Al-Harbi, Monash University

Ahlam Al-Harbi (M.A. in linguistics) is a lecturer at the English Department in the Faculty of Arts, Taif University, Saudi Arabia. She is also accredited by ATN-APTS as a freelance translator. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at Monash University, Australia. Her primary research interests are sociolinguistics, critical discourse analysis, media/political discourse, feminine studies, and forensic linguistics. She has a TEFL certificate from International TEFL Teacher Training and the Forensic Linguistics First Certificate from the Forensic Linguistics Institute.
