This issue is edited by Dr. Sherry Marx of Utah State University and Dr. Yanghee Kim of Northern Illinois University in the United States. This issue also marks the beginning of Dr. Soon-Yong Pak's stewardship as Editor-in-Chief and the full transition of IJME to Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.
